Built in 1989, the library is located on the second floor of Singapore Buddhist Youth Mission (SBYM). At present, it has over 11,000 Chinese books, over 4000 English books, over 2000 junior books; over 10 types of periodicals, and over 3000 audio-visual disks/ tapes. Its facilities include an audio-visual room which was added in 2002 when temple's infrastructure increased by two more stories.
The library is open to members of the public aged 12 years and above. To borrow, one needs to join membership which is free of charge. A maximum of 2 books and 1 audio-visual disk/ tape can be loaned for 21 days. Loans can be extended for another 21 days over the phone or in person at no charges. Overdue fines at 10 cents per item per day applies.

Located at level 2 of Yen Pei Building, Fu Hui Library (FHL) was set up in May 2003 by Fu Hui Buddhist Cultural Centre, with the aim of promoting Buddhist Education and Research.
The library provides a conducive environment for the public to study & learn the Dharma through Buddhist books and audio-visual aids. Cultural enrichment courses and health programs are also conducted.
FHL has over 9000 books, nearly 20 types of magazines and various audio-visual discs in its collection, of which 90% are in Chinese. It is equipped with study carrels and audio-visual stations.
FHL is open to members of the public (aged 13 years and above). The annual membership fee is $20 per adult (aged 19 and above), $10 per child (aged 13-18). Each member can borrow 2 books for 21 days, as well as make use of the Internet and audio-visual facilities available.

The library belongs to Tai Pei Buddhist Centre (TPBC), an arm set-up to propagate the Buddha's Teachings and educate the general public under the Tai Pei Foundation.
Residing on the 4th floor of TPBC, the library has been opened to members of the public since 2003. It has over 8000 Chinese books (including 4 sets of Tipitaka), over 2000 English books, over 1000 audio-visual disks/ tapes; 51 types of Chinese Buddhist magazines and 4 types of Chinese newspapers under its collection. An adjoining children's room shelves the junior books. To borrow, one needs to register as a member of TPBC. The membership fee is $20 per annual for those aged 18 years and below or 60 years and above, and $50 for all other ages. Members are entitled to borrow up to 2 books for 14 days; access the internet and audio-visual stations for free, as well as participate in courses and activities organised by TPBC.
